Service Requests - Delivery Standards/Timeframes

Any website updates or changes that Studio Account Content Contributors can't edit or make in Studio are likely to require a billable service request.  Service requests require a 30 minute minimum charge.

Any service requests that are estimated at more than two hours will be defined, estimated and scheduled within 5 business days to be completed the earliest possible date depending on the scope of the request.  Legitify will not schedule new service requests if you have an existing balance due.

Service requests are only available to accounts who pay monthly via credit card using our standard billing system.  Service Request Estimates that require project scope definition and approval are billed for actual time to provide the estimate and will be added to the next monthly invoice.

Design and Production Services are billed at $85.00/ hour.  Programming and "Rush" Services are billed at $150.00/ hour.

Support

Legitify offers free unlimited support for how to use Studio to the primary account contact.  Any training for additional website contributors will incur service request charges.  Legitify will fix anything on your site that was working before and mysteriously is not working now as a result of any changes we've made in Studio.  Any contact for you company/ team can report percieved server, site, or Studio issues.

Monthly Fee and Ownership

The monthly fee is for web hosting and the Legitify Studio software license.  If you decide to move your site to another server you could do so, but you don't own the code that manages your site.  You own all of your content and how your site looks.  If we need to terminate service with you, you would have 60 days to move your site to another server or system.  Your web developer would be able to edit the design of your site or integrate his own code, but the code that powers Legitify Studio is proprietary. Bandwidth data transfer is currently limited to 75GB per month per account.  Hard disk space is currently limited to .5GB per Basic account, 1GB per Small Business account and 2GB per per Store/ Custom account.  Additional media storage and bandwith is available via integration with third party services and costs. 

Data Backups

Our server is a mirrored configuration with two drives.  So, if one drive fails, within one hour a new drive will be installed and begin to copy files over.  Our server also does backups configurable for Daily Full, Differential or Incremental Backups with Automatic Tape Rotation -2 Week On-site Retention.  You can save files as often as you wish locally.  If you loose content, we will likely be able to retreive the data and restore the content which is billed for the time it takes to properly restore the lost data.

Refund Policy

Services are billed and charged for actual time spent delivering services.  There are no refunds for services completed.

Privacy Policy
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Invoices, Payments and SSL

Studio accounts can add/ update their credit card information in their account. Studio uses  a GeoTrust® QuickSSL® SSL Certificate, enabling up to 256-bit encryption. QuickSSL Certificates help ensure that your information is secure during transmission with our site.
